Our Condo
Scottsdale Vacation Rental is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The condo is on the second level and features a private balcony, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood, and tiled floors. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, 40 inch television, dresser, walk-in closet, and attached master bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds, 32-inch television, a dresser, closet, and an attached bathroom with a shower. The living and dining room features a sleeper sofa, two chairs, 40-inch tv, games, dining room table that sits up to 6. Our balcony features a retractable awning and tile flooring. The balcony is furnished with a sectional patio couch, and additional chairs. The balcony overlooks the community hot tub. The Maya Condominium community in features a pool, hot tub, and fitness center located in the clubhouse.
The Area
Scottsdale Vacation Rental is just a 10-minute walk and 3-minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale. Old Town Scottsdale has nine different districts: Art District, Civic Center Park, Fifth Avenue Shopping, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Brown & Stetson District, Entertainment District, Historic Old Town, Scottsdale Waterfront, and Southbridge Districts. These districts include stores, restaurants, museums, art galleries, historic sites wine tasting, bars, nightclubs, and the Arizona Canal.
Access to the bike path along the Arizona Canal is a 4 min bike ride from our condo. The bike path is 39-miles long and stretches from Granite Reef dam in Mesa Arizona and goes all the way up to Arrowhead Towne Center in Peoria.
Scottsdale Vacation Rental is across the street from Sprouts Farmers Market, Starbucks, TJ Max, Pasta Brioni, Pizza Hut, Wok & Roll, and Zippys.
Golf
Scottsdale Vacation Rental is within driving distance of over 20 different golf courses in the area. TPC Scottsdale is home to the Waste Management Phoenix Open which happens annually in February.
Spring Training
Scottsdale is home to 3 spring training teams: San Francisco Giants at Old Town’s Scottsdale Stadium, Colorado Rockies, and Arizona Diamondbacks at Salt River Fields. Old Town Scottsdale Stadium is a 3-minute drive and Salt River Fields is a 9-minute drive from Scottsdale Vacation Rental. There are 12 additional baseball teams that have spring training within 30 minutes of Scottsdale.
